Summary: We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. We shared the house with 2 other families and everyone was comfortable. The laundry facility was a huge help. It was hard to leave. A huge thank you to the owner for anticipating our needs. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Summary: We planned a family overnight with our adult children. This house/stay exceeded our expectations. From booking, check in, and the time at the house; the owner was super helpful! We were able to text with questions and always received a quick response. The house was well decorated, clean, and well stocked. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 1 night but definitely plan to return for a longer visit next time! We highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet getaway!

Summary: The property is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The home is newly built and very well stocked for a large group. We stayed here while our kids played at All Star Village, the drive to and from the field was easy and the multiple washers/dryers was such a bonus! The property owner Chrissy is responsive and made sure our stay was going well. I highly recommend this property, especially for a large group! The home is clean and the owners have thought of everything "Cooperstown" to make your stay even better. We will be back!

Summary: This house was ideal for our group! We rented it with three other parents while our kids took part in activities in Cooperstown. The drive to the fields was a convenient 15-20 minutes. The positives include its spacious layout, cleanliness, and recent renovations. However, it is a bit of a distance from downtown Cooperstown, grocery stores, and restaurants, so you'll need a car for about 20 minutes each way. It can be challenging to find a place that isn’t quirky in Cooperstown, but this spot stands out as new, clean, and well-designed.

Summary: We stayed here in July while our son was playing baseball at the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for all of us and everyone had there own bathroom and plenty of privacy. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the deck as the sun came up overlooking the vast green space and watching the deer! There was a laundry area right across from our house and easy to access. The drive to the ballpark was only about 10 minutes from the house. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to future guests. If we ever come to Cooperstown in the future we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
