Positive: The apartment was ok and a great location.

Negative: The building is dated and doesn’t have a lift. There is no mention that you have to climb up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. My mum is 74 years old and I would not have stayed here if I knew there was no lift. I was also disappointed because they said it had a hot tub but it’s a spar bath and it’s broken.

Summary: Ok but wouldn’t go back or stay in that apartment needs a good update.

Positive: The apartment is located in an excellent location only a short walk to the beach or shops, restaurants and cafes. The check in process was very convenient. The apartment itself is modern with a great view.

Negative: There were some minor issues with the showers leaking out onto the bathroom floors and the paintwork in the hallway was a little dated. As a group of 4 we could have used a second set of keys but we made do with using the lock box.

Summary: Overall a brilliant stay in a fabulous location.

Positive: Location was great. Although there are quite a few stairs to climb and no lift. Great size for a family. Plenty of room for everyone.

Negative: The unit was not in the cleanest state. Not sure the floors have been mopped. I wiped them with a paper towel and it came out black. The bathroom had messy unwiped areas and some of the plates were still covered in food. We also couldn't access the garage and were told to buy batteries if we wanted to access it for parking.

Negative: There was no tea or coffee which was extremely disappointing. Our power went out due to the storm and water in the airconditioner (no-one's fault except nature). Luckily my husband was able to get the power back on. Trying to get help from the telephone staff though was very difficult.
