Summary: We had a great family vacation while staying at the Tonto home in Chandler. Everything was as described, but I believe the house was more beautiful in person than the pictures show. Property management was very attentive to any questions or concerns. Everything was very clean and convenient. The home was in a great and safe location. Highly recommend a stay at this home for anyone visiting Phoenix or Scottsdale. Thank you!

Summary: We get together with three other couples every February to play cards and “escape” our Minnesota Winters for a bit. The Phoenix area works well for our group. This house was perfect for our group. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath and there was plenty of room to gather and play cards. We have rented many VRBO properties over the years and this house was, by far, the best of any we have ever stayed in. It was, by far, the best equipped and supplied that we have ever encountered---it had everything that you could ask for to make your stay comfortable. We paid to have the pool heated to 87 degrees and it was well worth the extra charge. Booking was easy and hassle free. The property manager (EVR) was really easy to work with; a special shoutout to Sarah at EVR—she was very responsive and provided great customer service throughout our stay. We will definitely rent it again.

Summary: This is great house in a nice location. The home is very well maintained, clean, and even nicer than it looks in the photos. Everything worked. Enjoyed the pool area & spa. Kitchen is fantastic. There is space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. We were visiting for golf and it was perfect. The property manager was extremely responsive, communication about accessing the property was timely and informative. We've been traveling to the area for 30 years and this is one of the best experiences we've had.
