Positive: Clean, everything you needed was provided, Simple check in and out, hot tub ready to use.

Negative: It wasn't us, but on our 3rd day another family of 3 arrived, with a booking for a week in Dragonfly lodge. How can anyone double book ??. Not sure but there holiday was ruined, my wife and our granddaughter was using hot tub at the time. Also the park warden needs a personality transplant, he's about as welcoming as punch on the end of your nose. The key code sent was wrong.

Positive: Exceptionally clean Good range of utensils Nice little touches such as milk, bin bags, washing up etc. lovely quiet park

Negative: 2 single beds very small (ideally for children) and mattresses could do with being replaced could feel the springs.

Positive: The owner is super friendly and helpful. We have few hiccups during the stay and everything were resolved very quickly. My mum left her charger at the cottage at the owner went all the way to collect them for us.

Positive: Everywhere was spotless. Very modern. On a great site. There was milk in the fridge on arrival and tea/coffee/sugar available too.

Negative: The only thing missing was some comfy chairs for the decking to sit out in the sun. Everything else was perfect.
