Positive: This place was clean with the public transport not too far to walk. Good communication with the owner.

Negative: Beds were hard and it was misleading as it wasn’t downtown but in a suburb with not many places to eat. However public transport was good. We were in the basement and no good for tall people as you would have to bend you head.

Positive: It was in a good neighborhood, close to College and Ossington st

Negative: The mattress was thin, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. I woke up with neck pain There was no hand soap The rugs as well as the couch cover did not look very clean

Positive: Location is good. Quite place. Close to DownTown. Size of the parking lot is good even for full size SUV.

Negative: The floors creak quite loudly with every step. The walls and ceilings need cosmetic repairs. The old doors are functional, but they creak terribly with every movement—they need lubrication. Some of the mattresses on the beds need replacing.

Negative: The accommodation is good for short stays. However, we were there for 10 days and found not only the kitchen (see also older reviews) to be somewhat spartanly equipped. The bed in the large bedroom doesn't really allow you to sleep well, as the springs are pushing into your back... On the other hand, we enjoyed the area and benefited from the parking lot.
