Summary: Great location. Train tracks do run right down the middle of West Palm but we really didn’t notice it. I’ll rent again!

Summary: Close to convention center and an easy walk to City Place for (limited) shopping and dining. Parking only available on the street was a problem a couple of times. Enjoyed the back patio…a propane bbq grill would be a nice addition! Took a few nights to get used to the trains that rumble throughout the night mere yards from the house and about the same amount of time to get the overpowering (and not pleasant) cleaning solution odor lessened. Still better than a hotel as we got to visit more comfortably with friends!

Summary: So convenient to walk to convention center for event; just a bit more to enjoy shopping and dining at City Place. I travelled alone & felt safe on the property and walking in the neighborhood. Will book again if I return for same conference next year.
