Summary: My husband, 2 adult sons, Boston Terrier and I had a lovely weeklong stay! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and cozy. Great location -- easy to get everywhere either walking or on our bikes. We had everything we needed in the apartment, and Matt was always responsive and accommodating. Despite the unlucky rainy weather, we had a great time!

Summary: To start with a positive: location and parking was easy enough because parking in Newport can be difficult. Omissions: Shared space above and below so hear other people moving around. Inaccurate: Air conditioning means wall mount units in each room. The wall units are not pictured in the listing. There is no central air. Also 2/3 do not work well. So when it’s been 85ish all day, the family room and 2nd bedroom is not cool and it is uncomfortable. Negative: Washer and dryer are not maintained. Washer’s front loader has mold completely around the rubber tubing. Dryer didn’t even work because it hasn’t been maintained. Mold on ceiling of shower. Carpet in bedroom is crunchy and should be removed. Considering the moldy areas of washer and shower ceiling then who knows what is lurking in the dark carpets. I would have left if we didn’t already pay and have to be there for a commitment. We cleaned up elsewhere and didn’t do the normal laundry we planned to do. It is unfortunate. It has the potential, but maintenance needs to be done. I would also get a more uniform collection of kitchen serveware. Provide some cling wrap and aluminum foil.

Summary: These accommodations were perfect for my girl's trip. We went to the Tennis Hall of Fame and were able to walk easily to the Club and dinner at night. Apartment space was clean and comfortable. I was happy as the planner that my friends were thrilled. Highly recommend and hope to be back in the future!

Summary: This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it is just perfect for our needs. We were 5 adults and had plenty of room. Location is perfect... Walkable to everything but still quiet at night. Great outdoor space with a perfect "people watching" front balcony. We will definately be back.

Summary: Great place on Thames St. Cute condo. Spacious room. Well equipped. Nice kitchen and really nice bathroom/shower. Only problem was the guests on the first floor playing music at 2:30am on a Sunday Night. We finally had to call the cops on them. There are clear house rules to be quiet after 10. If all guests conform, it’s a fantastic place to stay.
