Positive: The location was great if you want to walk the strip of La Isla Verde and really starts going after midnight. It was beautiful. You could walk to the beach and the pool was right there.

Negative: We were there for a funeral. So coming from Washington State it was an expensive long trip just to get here on time to make the memorial. I shared this space with my sister and her 3 kids. We paid for the room last minute in full that states sleep 6. Somewhere to the tune of $1400. Paid in full. ON THE DAY of the memorial, I get a text from the host that we need to pay an extra $300 for the extra kids all under 15 not noted on itinerary. If it sleeps 6 and we were 6. Did I just not pay for the space? I’ve stayed at airbnbs before & NEVER was that an issue. We flew in from far, last minute and they were aware. But to badger us for an extra $300. For buying our own toilet paper, dirty sheets, one parking spot, and one blanket for 6 people when only 2 were adults was wild. It was ok for last minute, but I wouldn’t stay here again as a CHOICE. It wasn’t fair, it was insensitive, and to compare themselves to a hotel was also crazy. Oh and not to mention, THEY didn’t even tell us that there was construction and I walked in my room with just a robe on to a man in my window.

Positive: The apartment is super nice and spaccious with comfortable beds. The view at night was amazing and very relaxing you could se the entire city. Location was excellent we had direct access to the beach and the kids loved the pool. Would definitely comeback here!!!
