Positive: House had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Good open space. Kitchen was well equipped. Uber ride to Fremont was about $8 and to the strip it was about $15-20.

Negative: Location at night was a little questionable on the Main Road but was totally fine once we got to the home.

Positive: Great size for 4 people, worked great for my husband and I and his parents. Clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. A bit of a drive from the strip but really not bad with a car. Got to explore downtown side more due to location. Did not have to communicate with host but check in and out was very simple.

Negative: Some of the tiles in the bathroom were not glued down and came out a lot, sharp hazard. Had no personal issues in the neighborhood, but a few homeless people set their camp on the corner of the neighborhood. However neighbors were very friendly.

Summary: Easy and affordable option for a family.

Positive: The home was cozy and had everything we needed for a short term stay. The AC was great in the Vegas heat, working bathroom and kitchen amenities. I wish there were more towels, toilet paper, and bed sheets available since we had a bit of a longer stay. Overall, worked perfect for us.

Negative: The neighborhood was a bit loud, nothing too crazy. But we often woke up to the sounds of barking dogs, yelling neighbors, and construction. If your not from Vegas, the neighborhood is a little sketchy. Since I am originally from there, I knew that we would be okay, but for tourists I get how it can seem unusual for a vacation. There was also no hot tub. We were very excited to come home for a soak since there was lots of hot tub talk in the reviews and in the description, but there was not a hot tub in sight. A little disappointing.

Positive: It was a good size for my family (4 of us). It was close to Fremont and easy to get to.

Negative: The house in general was not very clean. The dishes needed to be rewashed, the carpet in the bathroom was gross, there was a dirty pan in the oven and used coffee grounds still in the coffee pot. There was no hot tub, as it was covered in dirt and deflated in the barren backyard.

Positive: The house was very clean and bug free which is a priority to us! It was comfortable and nice not to deal with a big hotel and paying for parking. The beds were ok. The living room was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a kitchen where we could cook meals and eat in. We were happy to find 2 ice trays in the freezer. The kitchen has your basics and we were able to cook with what was available. There were extra spices/oil/zip lock baggies in the cupboard which was a nice bonus. Each bedroom had a box fan in the closet (thank you!). Having a dishwasher, washer and dryer was also a nice bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Negative: The beds could use an update, we were rolling into the middle. I would add a few more supplies to the kitchen like pot holders, baking dishes, wine opener, tongs. Overall not a big deal, just suggestions.

Summary: Very comfortable and clean house, no bugs!

Positive: Loved that it had central AC. Big tv in the living room and one of the rooms was very nice. Sofa was very comfortable.

Negative: The bedroom I stayed in had a bed with wheeled frame. The bed moved a lot. The comforter and blankets were stained. The big one was the jacuzzi. It was in very bad condition, it had very little water and the water that it did have was dirty. The tittle is "Downtown Home With Jacuzzi" and the jacuzzi was unusable. And yes, it was very hot but my wife and friends love the jacuzzi even when it's 90° at night. It was very disappointing.
