Positive: The house was PERFECT for our Marine's graduation from Parris Island. We were able to use the backyard for gatherings and there were plenty of things in the kitchen to accomodate our cooking and BBQ needs. We LOVED the location (remote but still close) .

Negative: Getting outside was weird - you could only access through the master bedroom. It was also weird that a small apt is attached to the rental that was occupied by someone else (shared laundry with that tenant). We never saw the person except for a car but transparency about an additional tenant on the property would have been better communication

Summary: A perfect location for families at MCRD events!

Positive: Nice and quite. Easy to use. Hobbie came to check on us every day. He is a very nice and helpful host.

Negative: I would have like to have a kettle to boil water for tea. The water boiled in the coffee maker doesn’t taste that great. But, we were able to boil water in a pot, so not big deal….just being picky…And this review was completed by Tim’s wife. He couldn’t care less about the water is boiled… Thank you Melissa and Hobbie.

Positive: Great location! Close to the military base where our son is stationed.

Negative: House was older with older furniture. Had a musty smell and few amenities. The sprinklers were running while we were leaving making it difficult to pack the car without getting wet or muddy.
