Come stay in our newly constructed 2 bed / 1 bath ADU, located in downtown Grand Junction.
Filled with natural lighting and fully stocked, it offers anything you would need for a short or long-term stay. Please note, this is an upstairs unit- and does not have any outdoor living space, however a short 10 minute walk to all the charm of Main Street.
Everything is clean, new, and clutter free. Offering a peaceful stay for a solo traveler, couple, or small family. We hope you'll visit!

Summary: Great location. So close to campus and downtown. Very quiet and very clean. The host is very responsive as well. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: We had such a great stay at Ashley’s property! The space was clean, had everything we needed to cook meals, allowed our dog, and was within walking distance to coffee shops and parks. Communicating with her was also super easy and she was so responsive. Can’t recommend enough if you’re staying in Grand Junction for vacation or just passing through. Thanks again!
