Summary: Easy to locate, parking at times tricky. Safe, there are stairs so be prepared if mobility is an issue. Very clean, had every thing we needed, especially enjoyed the plants and decor!! Beds super comfortable, rooms bright with sunshine. Comfortable living, dinning and kitchen area for conversation. Loved the balcony with a full moon!!! Great restaurants downtown very impressed with so many. Grand Island is doing a great job with improvements to keep downtown alive!!!

Summary: The place was very nice. Very clean and well taken care of. Be ready to walk up lots of stairs. The place we stayed in was on the second floor-no elevator-maybe 20 steps. The bedrooms are upstairs inside the condo-so be ready for more steps. The view from the outside deck is not so great-It's and ally with maybe 5 dumpsters.

Summary: We had a great stay at the downtown condo. Very spacious and well appointed. Communication with hosts was immediate. Our family with small grandkids came for an afternoon visit allowing us to take advantage of the beautiful Christmas lights and window decorations on 3rd. The kids were so excited at most every storefront. They were amazed at the beautiful tree as well.
