Summary: What can I say...it was everything and more than we had hoped for! I could list all the amenities, but it would take an entire page. Just know that if you stay here, you will have everything you need. The wonderful owners, Lang and Kit, are easily reached if you do happen to find a need for anything. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed our morning coffee on the sweet patio. This is one of our all-time favorite VRBO finds!

Summary: The experience at this property could not be better. This new home is light and airy with a beautifully landscaped private outdoor setting, and a clean and contemporary artfully appointed interior. It is within walking distance to the ocean, wine tasting and purchase, shopping, restaurants, the farmers market, and entertainment. Every morning we walked in a different direction through the neighborhoods. Countless day trips are within easy reach.Lang and Kit are most gracious hosts who shared their suggestions and time with us, checked in during our stay, and made sure we wanted for nothing - we didn’t - everything we needed was here including the fully stocked kitchen. We cooked a lot! TV and sound bar are great as is internet access. This was probably the best rental experience we have had!

Summary: This is was best housing situation I could have asked for staying in SB for work. Upon my arrival Lang and Kit were so welcoming and understanding of my late arrival time. They would check in with me weekly to make sure everything was ok with me and to see if I needed anything. The cottage was so clean, cozy, and exactly the escape I needed from work. They truly do everything they can to create a comfortable environment and are such lovely hosts. We will stay connected for years to come. Thank you!!!!!
