Our home is located in the heart of Boulder, Colorado...on a quiet tree-lined street, surrounded by urban, young professionals and families. Take a one-mile stroll and you will find art galleries, jewelry designers, foodie cafes, cheese, wine & charcuterie shops; arts, dance and indie theater; microbreweries and restaurants; hiking, biking and running trails; and the Boulder County Farmers' Market. We have 4 adult bicycles to use. Two blocks from an outdoor (summertime) pool with daily Master's workouts; and 3 yoga studios to choose from. Lots of classes and community events easily accessible through the University of Colorado and Naropa University- the only accredited Buddhist University in the US. Several social and competitive group bike rides every week in the summer; Rapha Cycling Club 6 blocks away; 30 minutes from local camping, skiing, fly fishing.
Longer-term rentals could benefit from high-altitude sports training, and access to the best school district in the state, with Colorado's oldest, continuously operating elementary school, middle school and high school, all within walking distance.
This is our primary home and has been for 20 years. Along with that, comes a fully stocked kitchen & pantry, 2 office work spaces, books to read and a quiet backyard oasis - make yourself at home!
