Positive: Location near Hosui Susukino station. Easy key collection. Staff helpful with room heater when we not sure of the setting, even send someone to resolve the issue . Toiletboil has seat warming. 1 heater good enough for entire lliving room and bedroom heating when temperature above zero (not sure of when below zero)

Negative: Need to do garbage segregation. Also do own garbage disposal as 13night stay count as long stay guests, they only help with disposal for short stay guests. Curtain reel need fixing, may drop anytime. The extra pillow in the cardboard cold smell better.

Positive: We had a great time and the place was very nice. It's in a great area, near shopping and Nakajima Park, close to both the subway and the streetcar (Sapporo Shiden) loop, and a short ride to the Sapporo Beer Museum. Lots to see and do, and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely come back here.

Negative: Only two things: no air conditioning (for summer trips) and no wifi (the kids would have liked this).
