Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location was amazing as were the facilities in the house and garden. There is lots of space in the house to accommodate adults and children without ever feeling everyone is on top of each other. The proximity to the beach is great and the fact there is very little traffic means it’s pretty safe too.

Negative: Disappointed not to be met, as we were told, on arrival as needed help with a few things. Bit too high tech for us with not enough instructions as how to manage. Where was the microwave? Never did fully sort temperature control and heating. Same with some lighting. Top oven remained a mystery. Decent bedside lights needed by all the beds, not just some. Make sure they work too!

Summary: Despite my negative comments, which we all loved our stay.

Positive: The house is really spacious. The living area easily accommodated our party of ten. The kitchen was really well equipped and the bedrooms a good size and it was beautifully decorated throughout. The trampoline in the garden was a particular hit. Both Keepers Cottages and the housekeeper were extremely helpful and replied promptly to any query we had.
