Summary: Staff upon check in was amazing , was greeted by Rosa. Very professional and easy check in . Warm Cookies are great and staff is friendly .Breakfast staff is efficient and welcoming . Good food and options. Hotel is very clean . Beds are extremely comfy . Very easy to get by the town by using Lyft or Ubers.

Summary: We usually stay at Hilton’s whenever we go on vacation due to the flexible pet policy - the hotel itself is nice, it’s at a great location - conveniently located next to a shopping center with Starbucks , dominos, cvs, etc and across the street is a McDonald’s and a giant - the hotel rooms and grounds were very clean. The room was a little smaller than other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at and they didn’t offer a free breakfast which was disappointing but it was okay for my family of three plus our dog for two nights- any longer and it would have been cramped. They have a huge indoor heated pool here with a indoor splash pad for smaller kids which we loved however it wasn’t very clean- three times we visited and they had the same dirt on the floor and clumps of hair the hole time So I know it hasn’t been mopped - the splash pad is freezing like abnormally cold but our kid enjoyed it- the only issue was the first night there was about 10-12 , about 12!62-3 old kids screaming at the top of their lungs, taking over the entire giant pool - making it very uncomfortable for everyone else’- I saw a couple come and leave - the kids also followed us into the splash pad screaming so loudly and running around - kids are kids and it would have been okay if someone was there to check on them the pool is not monitored at all- also there was only one working elevator during our stay which was a little inconvenient but not a huge deal. Other than that it was very quiet- I would stay again.

Summary: This place is worth the price. Clean and comfortable and the pool area was great for the kids.we could have spent a whole day at the pool alone if we had the time. We were there for a short trip to Dutchwonderland. Location is within walking distance to Starbucks so a major plus for me. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again;

Summary: I would have expected better for a Hilton. The A/C unit was so loud I couldn't sleep and when I turn it off it got too hot. It took 10 min running the hot water to get warm. The toilet kept running when flushing so I would have to take the cover off and readjust the flapper. The room had to have the smallest trash can I've ever seen so I got a grocery bag to use. The desk had no pen or paper so I went down to the front desk to ask for some and had to wait 15 min while the clerk talked on the phone making arrangements for some type of party. By the time she was done there was a line of about a dozen people needing something. When I checked out nobody at the front desk so I just threw my key on the desk and left. I contacted Kirsten Heimbach guest service manager and she told me this room is scheduled for renovation and hope your stay next time is better. I asked to be refunded for at least 20% as I had no Idea I was getting a substandard room and never got a reply.....This room was horrible.

Summary: Welcomed with warm chocolate walnut cookies once we were checked in along with water bottles in our room. We had a 2 queen bed with a pull out couch and it was perfect size for my family of 5. No microwave in the room but that was ok since we didn’t spend much time in there. Room and bathroom clean. Pool area was nice also. They have a separate kiddie pool area goes up to 2 feet I think…pool towels available. Restaurant for breakfast was good. Definitely would stay here next time but longer…2 days wasn’t enough for us to really enjoy the hotel so we will definitely be back again.
