Positive: Very clean, rooms were spacious and beds were comfy

Negative: The AC did not work well. The door to the balcony was shut tight and locked, yet the AC never bright down the temperature by 1 degree. It was January and I had a hard time sleeping in 25 degrees Celsius (77 Fahrenheit)

Summary: For the price point I’d expect the AC to just work, avoid if you are a cold sleeper

Positive: food was Terrible, breakfast not hilton standards, dinner was terrible and set menus change daily with no making any sense, day one u have wine day two no wine but same price , day three no alcohol, the quality of ingredients was terrible too. when u pay so much for a hotel room and travel so far I expect better food quality especially when nothing is around too! everything else was fine but the food quality made the whole experience average!!!

Negative: staff are friendly! rooms are clean and conferrable, very close to the beach

Summary: great for family, but I wouldn’t go back as the food wasn’t!

Negative: Service is not as expected for a Hilton Managed property. Our room dinner came 2.5 hours late without even noticing us. The floor of the lobby was often wet and my wife almost felt twice. She twisted her knee though. There wasn’t masks available when we asked for. Not even the staff has masks in critical areas such as the restaurant. The golf cart only takes you 150 meters from the entrance. The facility is 1.5 km walking to the main road. The fridge didn’t work. They said we had to open the wooden door so it will cool. But then they said that we can close the wooden door. That was non sense and clearly a way to lie to a customer. We couldn’t get food inside the room because the fridge didn’t work and all our food got spoiled.
