Negative: The doorman don’t help to unload the luggage when enter the hotel, and delivered to my room. I need to manage to handle the luggage trolley to my room. This is awful and not expected in a hotel under that brand of Hilton.

Negative: Someone parts in my room 1201 was broken. On the street all night noise of air conditions outer units
