Summary: First time at the W-S Doubletree. I liked it. My check-in was very friendly, the check-out not so much; the woman was not friendly. The staff at the complimentary coffee area was very helpful and friendly. Suggestion to have pool umbrellas or sun shades wind between the pergola roof of the 2 sitting areas. The towel bin looked dirty. Towels were great however!

Summary: Beautiful property, clean room. I would book again. At one point, we entered through a side door and it must have been a smoking floor because it smelled terrible. We did not enter that way again. I would like to see the bar and restaurant open a bit later than they were.

Summary: Great stay and location close to wake forest. Our room was immaculate and Chrissy at the front desk was SO attentive and personable, we loved her! The beds were soft and comfortable and the reason I keep staying at doubletrees. A few reviews mentioned the parking lot, I have no idea why- the parking lot is safe, plenty of spaces, well lit and at no point did we ever feel remotely unsafe or bothered. The only negative we found was that the breakfast left much to be desired, I would save the $16 and instead go to Mama Zoe’s for great southern breakfast food.
