Summary: The hotel itself is in great shape and very inviting. Very clean. The food was really good. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was hot food with a good variety. The service was top-notch the staff were really friendly and we were able to answer any questions that I had they never made me feel like a bother. Despite there being a conference or show going on at the hotel, it didn’t feel overcrowded or overwhelming. I ended up having two rooms at this hotel because the hotel was booked up. I had a room on the first floor the first night and then I switched to a room on a different floor for the rest of my stay. The room on the first floor was one of their exercise type rooms and it was really nice. I really enjoyed the bedroom set up as well as the bathroom. The second room I had was your standard double queen beds. The room did have a little bit of a stale smell, but that smell wore off after one night. It might’ve been that the room hadn’t been used in a while. Things that could’ve been improved include offering housekeeping every day it’s not so much about the towels or bed but more so about just needing the trash taken out in the room. My bathroom also didn’t have a working magnifying mirror which is a small detail, but still worth noting. I didn’t get to use the amenities, but they looked clean and inviting. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I will definitely be back.
