Summary: A bit confusing finding our room at night. My elderly mother didnt really have an accessible room other than grab bars in the bathroom. Enjoyed hanging out at the pool into the evening.

Summary: No complimentary breakfast, bed not comfortable at all, lack of options to watch sports on tv (satellite tv, really?), musty odor in room, dead bugs in the mortar joints in bathroom, old smelly fridge, the pictures on the website are either very old or photoshopped!

Summary: Very dated, we were attacked by mosquitoes and my daughter is allergic and the neighborhood is questionable. When I shared with the front desk about the mosquitoes it was very matter of fact and was not a concern. They did move our room, but that didn’t help much. The property isn’t what is displayed. The grounds look magical in the photos, but are struggling. The staff the restaurant was amazing and friendly. This hotel is a 7 at most. Hopefully the update and preserve the property soon.
