Summary: It was a bit disappointing that we had to wait for a room when we arrived. We had an event we needed to get to, so we left and then came back later to finish registering and get our room. Majority of the staff were lovely, however, when we went for breakfast we found the service a bit lacking. Many tables not cleared of dirty dishes, lipstick on what were supposed to be clean mugs and drinking glasses, some of the serving staff just didn’t really fit in with the level of friendliness, and customer service of other staff. Rooms were mostly clean, and housekeeping was excellent.

Summary: The room was very nice, as described. Value for money was right. Fabulous location. Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with parking. Very low ceiling of a public parking facility only reachable on 3rd floor with lift from hotel, we were not allowed to park on designated 3rd floor due to cleaning, and other floors were not reachable but to walk over ramps (outside access to stairs was closed) where cars drive, very unsafe. Not only very low ceilings, but the tightest parking spaces I’ve ever encountered. Out of necessity and slow efforts was I able to park. But doors couldn’t be opened anymore.

Summary: All around a great stay. Clean, great service and accommodating staff. The beds were ok, not terrible, but could be a little more comfortable and a little firmer. You have to eat at the Albion in the hotel lobby. Great food and amazing staff. I highly recommend the charcuterie board.

Summary: Very nice hôtel. Room is not that big and not enough light in the room, but very clean and confortable. I forgot 2 pièces of cloches in the wardrobe and so far the hôtel did not call me back for that.
