Summary: The hotel lobby was beautiful and the front desk lady and the valet workers were awesome and polite. The room was nice but a little disappointing, it was very clean the bed was soft! it just didn't have a fridge to keep our drinks and food cold. And they only had 1 bedside table.The bathroom was nice but when we took a shower the tub started to fill. It was good for our overnight stay. It's close to beale street so it's easy to walk for food and clubs, and the stadium. But overall if I was coming in town for a fun weekend I would stay there again. Now I know what to expect.

Summary: Our Valet parking app did not work the entire stay. The water pressure in the shower for the hot water was low the entire stay. Found a crock roach in the corner of the room by the ac unit. Liked the overall locates of the hotel to access everything nearby.

Summary: friendly staff, clean and open lobby. Did not like having to pay $25 to get into room a couple of hours early - especially as a Hilton Honors member, but that is a corporate issue, not unique to this hotel.

Summary: The room we stayed in had no refrigerator or microwave....the TV didn't work the first night..... items came missing from room. I always stay at the Hilton on the other side of town now see see why..... horrible experience....but I can say the employees are nice and kind
