Summary: We didn’t want to stay in London City Centre do this was ideal. Lots to see and so handy for the DLR, Thames link trains & Uber boat.

Summary: Stayed here for one night post wedding. The staff could not have been more helpful - they arranged for early access to a room so we could get changed before the wedding and arranging parking was easy too. Good amount of choice for breakfast.

Summary: All aspects of stay excellent apart from disappointment re size of room.Probably should have realised this may be normal for London area.Room ok for 1 person not 2 and as quite often my “luck” the air conditioning units were outside the window. Arrived back after a lengthy day at 5pm to find room needed replenishing re towels etc.This was dealt with promptly and efficiently on request.

Summary: Smooth check in process. Room was ready when we arrived at 2pm, which was really helpful. Room was clean and modern, with a nice view. Hotel was situated on a lovely street, it felt safe. Not forgetting the cookies they give you at check in. They are the best.

Summary: This is my second time staying here .i requested the top floor as before as the veiws were beautiful and so was the room. Unfortunstely the condition of the room was poor .i paid to stay in the delux queen family room .Unfortunately the only thing delux was the price i paid for it . The walls had marks on it and the shower was grimy. Its a good job i walk with my cleaning products .The mini bar condist of water,sparkiling water a can of coke and a can of sprite. I stayed for 2 days and no coke or sprite on the second day . Had to call for housekeeping as my room had not been cleaned when we returned . On our last day we had not checked out as yet and there was maintenance being carried out on the 9th floor early in the morning .The rooms were being done. This hopefully explains the lack of care in the rooms However, knowing that the rooms were being repaired or refurbished why let them out ????. Also heads up if you are looking to book here and you drive book your parking in advance spaces are very limited .Also the bathtobes are very small .i am a size 12 and it did not fit. The breafast is ok .Really hope the rooms get sorted out .
