Positive: Location was good, the room was clean, check in and out staff was friendly

Negative: One of the entrance doors near our room was not working with the key card so we had a longer walk to get to our room. Our room was cleaned on the Saturday morning, we cam in after 4 then afternoon and it was not cleaned.

Positive: We only stayed one night but the room was very clean and spacious, the staff were very pleasant and breakfast was very good with a lot of hot & cold selections which were replenished well. Our room was quiet so had a good night's sleep, would definitely stay again.

Positive: Last time I stayed at this location breakfast was included. Not this tome. Web site said it was. Disappointed in that.

Negative: Terrible location of room. Next to elevator and HVAC equipment on the roof just outside our room. Had to listen to it all night.

Summary: Pleasant staff. Clean comfortable room. Disappointed for reasons stated above.

Positive: Great stay. Front desk staff very helpful and courteous. Wait staff for breakfast, charged me for breakfast when I already pre-paid when I made my reservation. I tried to explain to him but he did not correct the issue. The front desk staff corrected this upon checkout.

Negative: No room service (or at least, I was never able to get through the the kitchen staff (phone just rang constantly). Otherwise the food itself was good - as I went down to the restaurant.

Summary: wOULD STAY AGAIN.
