Summary: The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the room was updated and clean. The hotel was massive. The issue we had was it states online the deposit is 50 dollars and they tried charging a 100. Both ladies I dealt with in check in and check out were absolutely rude and I personally will never stay here again. Jesna was the check in person she argued how hotels.com is wrong about deposit, then gave me a hard time for doing debit visa I stay in about two three hotels a month never had an issue. She advised me to call from my room and have someone come up and make sure we didnt damage anything before we leave will we will did. Morana (did not get correct spelling) made a HUGE deal in regards to this she would not have someone meet us there. I have three children under the age of 3 she made it extremely difficult one on the spectrum. She ended up making us late for our event it took another 20 Minutes not needed!! I will go over the rest with Mandy when she chooses to return my emails. I have requested a phone call or email by Mandy the Director. I did have some positive interactions with different staff.

Summary: Front desk was friendly and helpful. Common space was immaculate and the breakfast was great. Accommodating for sports teams. Only wish the lounge area was open later.

Summary: The staff were super friendly and efficient. The room was fairly clean. Bed was okay (mattress a bit lumpy). Linens were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and again the staff were great.
