Summary: The hotel itself is extremely nice, the majority of the service workers are extremely friendly, the rooms were 100% wonderful, and the reason I gave it a lower overall rating is because we had ordered a pizza and the staff gave our pizza to another guest. When confronted he was very rude and not in anyway taking responsibility for the fact that he gave our pizza to another guest. So the trip ended up costing me $40 more than what I had anticipated because I did not get refunded for the pizza that he gave away.

Summary: Great downtown location. There is no parking, however, valet only. They are very reaponsive and will pull your car as often as you need should you wish to venture outside of the downtown area.
