Summary: The staff was very nice both at check-in when I came back after my dinner and with the valet parking. The problem was the condition of the parking lot out front, which was still loaded with 3+ inches of pure ice and nowhere to even go for a safe walk to your car unless you were at the front door. In addition, the room while the bathroom was clean, the rest of the room was horrible. Ripped and stained carpet, walls that needed to be white because there was coffee or something else all over it. There were cobwebs up in the corners of the room and the curtains looks like they had been completely shredded. I would have changed rooms, but unfortunately, from what I was told there weren’t any others to give me.

Summary: The room was spotless for what I could see, very dark lighting. Not quite used to sleeping with a plastic covered comforter. The staff was outstanding. The walls between my room and the next are very thin in some places. My room for instance. Over all I'll come back when I revisit my home town.
