Summary: Very clean and comfortable Spa is excellent The staff were very attentive However reception staff were not very knowledgeable about the local area The staff at the breakfast were very attentive. Summary: Exactly the best hotel in Van. All other just have a name of 4 star or five star. This Hilton hotel in the only real one in Van. I had a night at elite world and that was so bad that I changed to Hilton and this one pleased me. They change my room without any extra fee and added a third bed also. The breakfast was good and had good veraity
