Summary: We wanted to see the area of Shenzhen north, so we choose to stay in the hotel. The hotel itself is very well maintained, nice big room and very clean. Service at front desk and concierge is great. The hotel can go to the shopping mall ICO next door, so very convenient. It's not close to subway, but it's fine for us.

Summary: our child vomited and the staff changed our rooms immediately. Further, we didn’t know how to purchase tickets on the mobile device and the staff were very helpful and walked us through step-by-step. World class service, Bravo!
