Summary: I have stayed at the Hilton Berkeley Marina about 10 times in the last 3-4 years. The entire place is looking a little worn out and has a musty smell especially in the public corridors. My biggest issue is the front desk. In order to get internet, you need to sign in with Hilton Honors which I have. I asked the front desk to associate my Hilton honors code which they never did in the 48 hours I was there. In addition, we asked for a tube of toothpaste. We were told it would be delivered to our room but it never arrived.

Summary: Room had mildew smell and my bed had a dead bug in it and house keeping came and changed bedding, I was still uncomfortable and unable to sleep I checked out first thing in the morning
