Summary: Employees were very polite, never had to wait in a long line at the desk. Very pretty location, and got a room at a reasonable rate (months in advance). Parking was $45-not cheap. And they charge because they can-not because it is in the middle of a downtown area. In other locations, the parking could be free. There were some dirty undies left behind by a previous guest in the bathroom cabinet. Not awesome. And there was a key card from a previous guest under the nightstand. The mini fridge was not plugged in. I tried to plug it in through the hole in the back of the dresser, but that didn’t work. So, I removed the mini fridge from the dresser, moved it under the desk & had a working mini-fridge for my visit. The bathroom & floors looked clean. The beds looked clean. The shower looked clean. The garbages were clean and empty on check in. But, cleanliness comes in to question when previous guest belongings are overlooked. It happens, but ick.

Summary: The location is excellent, with great views and a nice outdoor area, but the property overall is just aged. The rooms need some major updates. The hallways are in need of attention. The areas around the stairwell, especially, look like an old apartment building. It really just needs a good overhaul and some good attention. Unfortunately, some of the areas that do need care were also dirty. The bar and restaurant are actually quite nice, but it is obvious that these were recently redone and/or built.

Summary: Staff was as helpful as possible. Buildings are old. Rooms were not as clean as should be - hair on bathroom floor. Furniture scrapped and torn. Mattress very hard

Summary: This hotel has seen better days. The carpet in the hallway and room was shabby. Ventilation in the room was very poor, resulting in a stale odor. No fan in the bathroom, Parking lot is in bad shape. Food is seriously over priced. Two regular coffees and a small bottle of water cost about $15 at the grab ns go.

Summary: Two night stay was perfect. We arrived early from the east coast, hoped we could get in early to our room and we did! Staff was very nice and extremely helpful! We originally only planned for one night, we were able to add another night very easily and stay in the same rooms. The marina view is incredible also!

Summary: The first room we were sent to smelled like a smoker had lived there The 2nd room was better, just smelled old. While the hotel said it was dog friendly, the $75 fee was more than twice what we usually pay. I did have an excellent night's sleep. But just after 8:00 there was a tiny knock on the door (so tiny that I thought it was a mistake) and then the door was opened by housekeeping wondering if we were checking out. We were still in bed and check out time is noon! I would not stay there again.

Summary: Nice location! Room was clean but make sure to review the type of room you reserve. We reserved and paid for a standard room that came with a shower to your waist, a curtain that it did not completely closed and a fridge that kept waking us up in the middle of the night.
