Positive: Nice place, would stay again. Convenient to our family in the area. Bed was great, it was quiet. It was just a quick trip, so we didn't get to really use the restaurant or bar.
Negative: I did not like the high charge to park your car whether you use valet or not. That was the only negative, but to me, a big one.

Positive: I liked the quiet, peaceful waterside atmosphere and pleasing architecture. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Negative: Room was run down (water damage and warping around fridge, musty smell). Disabled parking led to a door that was not disabled accessible. I had to either get someone to open the heavy door for me or wheel my chair all the way around through the parking lot to the front of the building. Note that parking is also charged at $45 per night. The location is peaceful, but not easy access for public transport.
Summary: Good value, good location, somewhat run down and not fully accessibility friendly

Positive: The location was nice because it was far enough away from the traffic that it was quiet. The price on Booking.com was about seventy dollars less expensive than when we went to the hotel and asked the price for the same room. Free cookie at check in.
Negative: The lobby and self serve food area smelled like urine. The corridors are sloped and smell like dirty socks. The rooms are outdated and not maintained. Stains on curtains, furniture, and walls. Furniture was dirty and rotting. No toilet seat cover. Parking in the hotel is forty dollars and mandatory, even though there is ample free public parking just outside but signs say any vehicles left overnight will be towed. 🙄
