Positive: The room was nice and breakfast was good.

Negative: I rely on a hair dryer which mine didn't work. I went to the front desk and she gave me one that was in the back that also didn't work. The girl with long eye lashes didn't try to solve my problem. She did not see if she could get one from another room or house keeping. I had a bad hair day and was late to my function. I was not a happy camper.

Positive: Quiet clean comfortable room, friendly wait staff.

Negative: I had booked through Booking.com and had to change date of reservation. I made the date change, booking.com rep said they worked it out with Hotel. But when I checked in the desk clerk would not honor the change, even with a reservation code!

Negative: tub had rust in it, outlets in lamp did not work, fire alarm in hall was not there only wires, no continental breakfast.
