Summary: Staff was incredibly friendly during check in and through my entire stay. Room was nice. I was out on the first floor due to having a pet which always kinda buns me out however it turned out to be great because you have a patio door that opens to either a green space in the front of the building or to a cute, and more private little rock garden if you're placed in the back of the building. This was super convenient with a dog. There is also a decent amount of restaurants nearby and some within walkkg distance. I did not use the hotel restaurant for no reason other than I wanted to try other things but the lounge had patrons every night so it must be satisfactory.

Summary: Staff at check in were not overly helpful with navigating the facility. Had to ask where the elevator was and received no information about the pool/fitness room or breakfast the next morning. The gym space looked really nice however went to use the peloton as that was one of the reasons I booked this particular hotel and it was stuck on activation and not set up. The breakfast at the on site restaurant was very good. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and friendly.

Summary: Went here for a course. The staff, the room, the food and amenities were excellent! The only issue with the hotel was the big shared bathroom on the main level, by the conference rooms, was a little smelly. For shops and dining, it was limited, you had to have a car or walk a distance to get to a mall.
