Positive: The room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. There was plenty of storage for clothes and cases. There was a large TV which worked well. The staff at reception were very helpful. We used the pool and the sauna.

Negative: The hotel needs a refurbishment with the room, particularly the bathroom looking a bit tired and outdated. The breakfast was OK but not much choice if you don't eat meat.

Summary: The hotel was pleasant for our night's stay with comfy beds. The customer service was good.

Negative: Room was large and had an empty feeling about it. The bedside units could be moved but did not appear to be clean behind them. Also below bed had not been cleaned.

Positive: The breakfast was great, just what we needed, with healthy, hot and cold and gluten free options too. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
