Summary: This is a premium hotel and as such the rooms are well appointed with great amenities. Also love the eco touches of refillable milk and water plus full size toiletries. However there are some small things that seemingly every year reoccur - always need to book restaurant ahead of your stay to guarantee a table (we’ve been caught out on this previously) always something (or this time a whole section) of menu unavailable, a parking barrier that requires a ticket despite the promise it will raise automatically. We always get a great rate as book well in advance but we would not return if we were paying full price!

Summary: A king size bed is not 2 singles pushed together!! So disappointed in that especially as it was presented as an option. The air con was also broken. The staff were friendly about it and gave a fan but ultimately with the king size bed issue and it being ridiculously hot it wasn’t a particularly comfortable stay

Summary: Booked this hotel for my parents as a special treat to stay to help with my newborn, chose here as it had parking, a spa and swimming pool so they could relax. I was horified when they told me they had to pay separately for the parking and to use the swimming pool, not what you expect when you pay for an expensive hotel that the facilities are not included.

Summary: Nice spa ( not included with booking but worth the surcharge). Had one of the premier rooms so got bath robes and slippers to head down to the spa. Breakfast was good with quality ingredients and attentive service. Enjoy our stay.

Summary: The bed was terribly uncomfortable The shower was dirty The hotel had run out of junior robes I appreciate that the hotel was busy and you cannot control the public but there was a lot of noise from guests running down the corridors till very late
