Summary: The rooms I booked through hotels.com were apparently not available and I was allocated others instead which fell short of what I was expecting. The hotel would not upgrade despite having better rooms available which I could see through their website.

Summary: Very hot hotel. No regular service in the bar area and expensive. They do a cheeseboard but dont have port or a sweet wine? No separate restaurant doing day or evening, only breakfast. Have to eat in bar. Doesnt live up to a 4 star hotel and a poor imitation on the hotel in the past.

Summary: When i arrived, i couldnt see the accessible entrance and had to ask someone to get a member of staff. The 'dosabled entrance is a normal size door, so difficult to maneuver. The check in was slow, the room was very hot as was the whole hotel. In the bar, there is very little waiter service, which is poor for a 4 star hotel. There is no restaurant open in the evening, meals are eaten in the bar area. The restaurant only opens for breakfast. Very poor and expensive for a 4 star hotel.

Summary: Staff went out of the way for us and provided a fridge on request. Bathroom needed maintenance with chipped bath and old sealant. Health club/pool was great but busy at weekends with public use. Great location near everything. Would come back again.
