Positive: We missed our way to the facility, the staff was accommodating and we got to the apartment around 12-1am. Very clean and organized room. It was comfortable for family of 3.

Positive: VERY GOOD PLACE. Mr Azim was so friendly and very helpful. The property is in Plumstead High Street and just a walking distance to the Train station and Elizabeth Line in Woolwich with so many Shops and restaurants around. The room was extremely clean with a Comfy bed and basically had all the necessary amenities needed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We spent few nights and felt so much at home because the house keeper was amazing. Mr Azim is exceptional with good customer service. I’m highly impressed with his professionalism. I will definitely come come back again. Thank you 😊

Negative: The string of the blind wasn't working, the sink handle in bathroom was broken, bedroom door was hard to close & open..

Positive: The lady who checked us it was great and made us feel very welcome.

Negative: Ants on the table where the tea and coffee wear and the room was too hot although we were supplied with a fan that didn't help

Negative: The bathroom was flooding with water around the sink and toilet. No milk provided. No bedding for the single bed, assumed we only needed the double bed. Had to ask for bedding. Only 1 bottle of water provided for 2 people. No hand towels.

Positive: The staff were excellent and helped with finding things in the kitchen, even did the washing up! Great to have a room and a shared toilet/bathroom/shower on the ground floor, as I'm recovering from an operation, but the kitchen was in the basement. This wasn't ideal but I soon got used to it and the facilities there were great. The main door was tricky to lock at first, but again the staff was there to help. Just a few minutes walk to the library and Plumstead Centre. Buses stop, from Woolwich, almost right outside.

Negative: The internet connection wasn't always reliable. I only used it through the TV, for the BBC iPlayer, so I can't comment on the wireless stability. The positioning of the TV wasn't ideal as finding a comfortable place to watch it was tricky and gave you a crick in the neck! Would think lowering it a screens' height would solve the issue.

Summary: A great place to stay, near facilities and centre of Woolwich. Highly recommended.

Positive: Very clean room! Bedding was super comfortable, would gladly stay here again given the chance.

Negative: Was difficult to get in at first as no information on how to get in was given ahead of time. Had to phone owner (?) and then phone someone else to figure out how to get in.
