Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was excellent, easy walking distance to an Aldi and the Main town centre (with a Kauffman supermarket). Short walk to the river, dedicated parking spots. It was strange to have a communal heating system, but we were never cold, the heating was always available. There was an issue on the first night, with a lack of shelves and oven trays for the oven, contacting the owner, we had this issue resolved the following morning. The communications and timing with the owner were fantastic, nothing seemed too much of an issue. This alone outweighs any negatives about the over, or facilities. Things don't always go right, the previous guests may have broken something, it is how the owner responds that speaks volumes as to their customer service.

Negative: The property is a little tired, windows not closing smoothly, 1 of the bedroom window shutters jammed open, the Oven whilst clean could do with being replaced.

Summary: Great value for money, excellent customer service, great location. Would stay again.
