Positive: Very close to train station, the bed is big & comfortable. The staff is super friendly & helpful. I left my glasses accidentally & when I went back to the hotel, the staff are very attentive & found my glasses when I was about to give up. The free ramen at night tastes very good also.

Positive: Delicious breakfast, and rooms and facilities were on par for the dormy inn brand. Free washing machine in the onsen rooms. Great location, walking distance to many places. There's a warm waiting room while waiting for your car to come out from the elevator.

Negative: Nothing, everything was great!

Positive: Location close to JR Wakkanai, very clean&comfortable room,nice onsen ,and good breakfast.

Negative: The hotel doesn’t except cash card ( travel card) , they seem to don’t know how to use it.

Summary: Pleasant stay , could sleep well after taking such a relax onsen.

Positive: Located at the northernmost point of Japan, the view from the room was magnificent. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Sakhalin in Russia. The hot spring on the top floor is equipped with an open-air bath and sauna, and was a very pleasant experience.

Negative: I rented a car, but unfortunately the parking lot was not free. Also, it was an elevator-type parking lot, so I had to wait quite a while when it was busy.

Positive: The location was great! Easy to access by car, close to parks and the ocean.

Negative: Only one pillow on the bed.

Summary: Couldn’t complain. Our Wakkanai trip got smashed by 5 inches of rain in 24hr but the FREE midnight ramen and great room
