Summary: This place bills itself as 5 stars which is a joke. It’s reasonably well maintained by local standards but you see evidence of poor maintenance everywhere from the pool grouting to stained deck chair covers to rising taps in the room. It’s obviously painted regularly but the place isn’t exactly shiny new. The worst aspect always the nonchalant service. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day and we never got an apology or explanation. And when the room was eventually cleaned, they didn’t even top up the coffee or soap which was empty. Room service trays lay outside rooms for ages and breakfast table service was very slow and nonchalant. I would t go back.

Summary: We have stayed there 3 nights with our baby, staff are friendly, rooms are clean, location is central. It has its own beach and free shuttle transfer to make you reach there.

Summary: We loved this property, but it does need some renovation to the second outdoor swimming pool which wasn’t available. We were also given no warning about The Beach facilities not being available and we were told there was a shuttle service to and from The Beach but this also wasn’t available. It was disappointing as we wanted a beach holiday. The hotel was lovely, but we probably wouldn’t have stayed there if we had known there were no beach facilities. We had to make our own way down to the beach and pay for sunbeds. Not appropriate when that is not made clear on the website.

Summary: Hotel was located in very high hill area and we couldn't go for a daily walk and was far from restaurants and you need to get a Takis to go anywhere and hotel didn't provide any free transport to the main road
