Positive: The whole stay was great, Lorraine and Simon were great hosts. Rooms were comfy and clean. The shower was lovely and hot after a long walk. The B&B is an excellent location, just a short walk into town. Breakfast was really good, I’d recommend the overnight oats and home baked cakes were a nice touch to come home to. I’d highly recommend the B&B and would definitely stay there again.

Positive: Fabulous hosts! Loved the touch of complimentary salted caramel cake left out for all the guests per room. It was delicious! Excellent location for the town centre too.

Positive: The property is exactly as described and is in a beautiful and very central location in Keswick, literally a few hundred metres from restaurants, pubs and cafes. The hosts are excellent and provided a beautiful breakfast each morning as well as advice on local attractions and sights worth visiting.

Positive: Breakfast was perfect, as was the bonus slice of cake on Saturday afternoon. Very quiet room and exactly as described. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Negative: I don't really have any criticism to be honest.
