Positive: Location is amazing, so nice to get away for a few days. Loved being able to enjoy wandering around the property on their walk trails, they were really well marked and lots of beautiful spots to sit and take it all in, and a few quirky, fun things to enjoy along the way. Going in winter of course you do have the weather to contend with, but a good rain jacket and you'll be fine. The spa was a nice bonus and a lovely way to relax after a long drive down.

Negative: Couldn't stay long enough :-(

Positive: Relaxing and secluded. Great place to unwind and either spend time alone or with a loved one. We took our dogs, so they had a holiday too! The spa was fun, and the owner gave us a marron net.

Positive: An incredible 3-night escape! The self-check-in was easy and the cabin was impeccably clean. We loved the feeling of being deep in the forest with total privacy. The dog-friendly walking trails on the property are massive and beautiful. Arriving to a ready-to-go fireplace made us feel welcome instantly. The outdoor spa overlooking the lake was the ultimate highlight. If you want to disconnect from the world (no phone service!) but still have Wi-Fi as a backup, this is the place. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway with your partner and pup.

Negative: Our only notes would be that the kitchen pots and pans could be improved for those who enjoy cooking. Also, we found the mattress and pillows weren't quite to our liking, but we still slept very well.
