Positive: The apartment was absolutely amazing and had everything you could ask for. It was clean and the beds were so comfy! The location is great, only a 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. There are plenty of places to eat on the doorstep too.

Negative: The check in was confusing and the number on booking.com was for the old manager. We ending up waiting around for over an hour for the cleaner to bring the keys, we didn't get to meet the host as she didn't turn up for check out either. The neighbours upstairs were ridiculously noisy as the apartments have wooden floors.

Summary: The apartment is great, however the host needs to work on check in / check out procedures.

Negative: I had to pay an extra 100 euro, because my flight arrived at 6:25pm, and after immigration and luggage, we arrived at 8pm. And check in after 6pm incurs this big cost.

Negative: The water pressure was very poor. It made it challenging to shower. The soap and shampoo packs were inadequate

Positive: Management went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Cristian was very responsive to our needs and communicated quickly when we needed help. They apartment was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.
