Positive: Beautiful villa in a beautiful area of Rome, near a huge park and great café. Great jacuzzi and garden. Very comfortable beds.

Negative: Was lacking some really basics small things, like washing up liquid, trash bin in kitchen, not enough towels. The sauna wasn't working for our stay which was really disappointing

Positive: The location and outdoor facilities were outstanding. Víctor and Daniela were very responsive in dealing with requests as they came up, which unfortunately was quite often as the property initially lacked basics for any rental (no paper towels, very little toilet paper, no cleaning supplies, no garbage bags, and basic instructions on how to use the house). The property has great potential, but needs to be improved to be at the current price point and to be considered higher end. It did have plenty of room for my family, but fell short of expectations.

Negative: The most important factor in any rental is cleanliness, in particular when paying more than $2,000 per night. The house was dusty and not cleaned to expectations on arrival. The cleaning service that came 3 times during our stay, it was difficult to see what was cleaned, but he did take the trash out. The downstairs shower does not dry properly, so mold is created and is visible. My wife is allergic to mold so I brought it to their attention…the cleaning service stated they tried but it was still visible, which made for an uncomfortable stay for my wife. One of the amenities, the sauna, was not functional during our stay. Overall, the small things matter, and for an expensive property you would expect a very clean house and maybe a small welcome package helping new visitors to Rome to get familiar with the area and basics and how to use the house.

Summary: Great potential, but currently falls considerably short of a luxury property and the current price point.
