Summary: A.Roma is a beautiful, new and clean hotel. It is away from the old town so cab fares cost a bit more, but it’s worth it to have peace of mind. Staff is very good to explain their facilities. They are helpful to arrange transportation, they will call a taxi, and the porters stay with the luggage and load it into the cab. The daily breakfast has a large variety of food, it’s more like a brunch with many options. If I go to Rome in the future, I would definitely stay at A.Roma again.

Summary: Stayed here for 5 days, we called ahead and asked if it was possible for us to pay for the stay when we leave because we had some problems with the bank, they said thats fine. When we arrived i told the receptionist that we called ahead and wanted to make the payment as we check out, the receptionist then proceeds to make us pay. When our card declined because we had problems with our bank, he demanded that we made the payment, so he charged all that was left on my card (my boyfriend was supposed to pay for the hotel). The receptionist demanded that we came to the reception the following day to pay, we managed to get the bank to fix the problem in time, and made the payment. The receptionist then told us that we had to pay in advance for every service we received, and that we werent allowed to put anything on the room, because they thought we wouldnt pay. Which I thought was very rude, when the only problem we had was with the bank and not the money itself. The room was overall good, it had some marks on the walls but it wasnt a big deal, but there were some issues. The bathtub had this smell of sewage whenever it was turned on, and the towels had this horrible metallic smell. The pool bar was also closed when it should have been open according to their website. We were also not allowed to order room service at night, which we also thought was weird. The cleaning staff were so sweet and always smiled. Overall, nice hotel but the staff were sadly not nice to us.

Summary: Idyllic setting perfect place to relax and chill after city excursions.Staff very welcoming and accommodating,first class and professional service.Food excellent choice and quality.Enjoyed my breakfast buffet in morning.Only constructive point ,pool and area needs to be extended to cater for number of people especially during busy times of year.Would return for sure.Amazing public park near hotel need to mention.Thanks to all staff

Summary: Most people will come here because of the pool and therefore it’s really strange that the hotel cannot accommodate hotelguests wanting to be by the pool. There is a severe lack of sunbeds and people must sit on regular chairs by the pool ! - even though there is plenty of space available around the pool to fit more sunbeds and thereby trying to make the guests comfortable. But staff by the pool does not even make an effort to fit more people in and/ or fetch more sunbeds. So if you- like we did - choose this place because of the pool, this will be a problem for you as well and leave you unsatisfied as a hotel guest.

Summary: Excellent place to stay! Would definitely stay here again if ever back. Beds and pillows were a little too firm for us but sooo wonderfully quiet- I fell right asleep. Never had a better breakfast selection anywhere 10/10! Excellent shuttle drivers to and from City Centre-God bless you men!

Summary: Amazing hotel, outside of Rome city centre with regular shuttle bus provide by the hotel to drop and pick up making it super convenient to get anywhere. The hotel itself is beautiful and we loved the pool and spa area. Our room was a family suite and basically two big rooms with its own small private hallway so very private. Rooms were well appointed and we had three bathrooms between us. The a la carte restaurant has a small menu but high quality cooking which we enjoyed at lunch and one evening too. The breakfast is vast with many options and good quality. Loved our stay.

Summary: This is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. They’ll order you a taxi and answer any questions about things to do in Rome. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding and the pool is great. The cab rides are about 10 minutes to trevi fountain, and 10 minutes to the Vatican City. A perfect place to stay in Rome!
