Positive: Was clean and tidy and large with two bedrooms

Negative: Could have had better instructions how to know what type of accommodation was. When we arrived it looked liked we were staying in a residential home. So better explanation would have been good. Other small gripes no usb or usbc sockets and no hair dryer and sofa very hard and uncomfortable. Staff lack of English.

Summary: Overall was a nice place to stay even better if you like trains

Negative: Poorly cleaned. Shower dirty. Broken cup. Dirt in drawer. Pool closed (one of main reasons to stay). Very noisy next to bus station. No tea towel to dry up. Only one wine glass. Missing one set of towels. Receptionist often un- staffed
