Positive: Very clean, good room temperature and the bed and matress are of good quality. André is also very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you are looking to stay in the city center.

Negative: It's 20 meters from a church, so the bells sometimes get a bit annoying. But they don't ring during the night.

Positive: Superb! The apartment on the last floor is spotless, very cozy, bright and spacious at the same time - loved the high ceiling in the living room. It is also well-equipped. The bed in the bedroom is super comfy and the mezzanine would be helpful with more guests staying. The terrace/balcony is great and has a nice view. The location is perfect - by a calm, small street close to everything. The building is beautiful both from the outside and on the inside - the modern parts work very well with the original historic elements. André is a fantastic, kind host - very responsive and always available for help. Cherry on top - welcome note with traditional pastries + a nicely printed booklet with practical info about the apartment.

Positive: The building is located in a quiet street near Guimaraes's center and the room is very spacious and comfortable. The host André was very kind and helpful.

Positive: Beautiful apartment in the city centre and lovely to stay in. Andre’ was very kind and he also left us a note with some local pastries. Parking was easy and the apartment was walking distance from everything. Everything was perfect!
