Summary: Amazing property, Geneva is uniquely relaxing and this property did everything to ensure we were comfortable! Personable staff and delightful restaurant on the estate.

Summary: Lovely setting- flower gardens, beautiful setting for relaxation- overlooking their vineyard with an an incredibly warm, amazing and world renowned chef and expert staff. Yet the place was very down to earth.

Summary: The hotel has a "Relais & Chateaux" label and is meant to be a wine hotel. Well... It's NOT a winery, and it's not a R&C like hotel. There's no pool, no spa, not even a good chair or place to sit to have a view to the garden and river. The building is very beautiful and has a lot of flowers but that's all. The service at the reception is poor, nobody is caring if you arrived at the hotel, there was no welcoming when checking in.. They were almost acting like doing a favor. The bedroom is old, the mattress is hard and not confortable. The shower has no pressure and not good drainage. The restaurant is Michelin starred but is only a OK dinner, not worthing the price. At the check out they tried to charge me for the stay, but it was PREPAID. After some time and phone calls from the receptionist they found out that it was prepaid. An unnecessary stress. I wouldn't stay again even if it was for free.

Summary: It was wonderful!!! The room was amazing!!! The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful, they went above and beyond for us!!! The food was exquisite!!! Meeting the owner/chef was the highlight of our stay!!!

Summary: This is a beautiful, serene property!!! The room was beautifully decorated and spacious! The food was outstanding!! It would be nice to have options of single courses as the minimus was a four course meal or a La cart appetizers, however the frog legs we had, a La cart option, were absolutely superb!! There is no elevator so somewhat challenging for older guests with large heavy luggage. Would be challenging at best for physically handicapped persons.
