Positive: The property is beautiful and the hosts are very communicative so it was easy to access on arrival. We had the good fortune of staying in one of the larger rooms, Clos Syrah, which is lovely. The outside areas are very spacious, well maintained and tastefully set up with good quality garden and poolside furniture.

Negative: I find it odd that they do not provide any bed linen or towels, or any basic kitchen supplies like seasoning or kitchen towels. Obviously this is aimed at making their lives easier with cleaning them all after each use but I have never stayed anywhere that doesn't provide those things in this day and age. We flew from the UK hand luggage only so bringing bulky towels and bedding wasn't an option, it would have cost us significantly more to do so, and it took a couple of detours to nearby supermarkets to find towels.
